Refunds & Exchange

We accept refunds and exchanges within 10 days of receipt. Product must be in its original condition and in the original packaging.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for any custom orders.

To complete your return, please email us at sales@abadia.me with the reason for the return/exchange and we will send you further instructions. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts will not be accepted. Any item that is returned more than 10 days after receipt of goods will not be accepted.

We do not refund shipping and return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
