Order Information

Once payment is made for an order, a confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours of receipt.

Shipment & Delivery

Abadia ships internationally, with the majority of orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates. All shipments are fulfilled by a third-party courier.

Orders placed for delivery within UAE cities arrive within 1 to 2 working days. International orders arrive within 4 to 10 working days, depending on the destination.

Delivery fees for international orders are calculated at checkout according to the destination country and location.

To avoid any delivery delay, please provide your full address together with your contact details when placing your order.

If an order is dispatched in more than one shipment, each shipment may result in a separate posting on your monthly card statement.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer domestic and internationals returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt.

Customers can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution the customer initially used. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Returned product must be unworn, with all tags, in its original condition and in the original packaging.

Upon receipt of returned products, Abadia reserves the right to deny refund if the product does not meet policy requirements.

Any returned product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts will not be accepted.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for custom orders.


To complete your return, please email us at info@abadia.me with the reason for the return/exchange and we will send you further instructions.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds, when approved, will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment within 10 to 45 days (depending on the issuing bank of the credit card).

Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

If you for any reason refuse delivery, or are unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your item will be returned to the Abadia office and you will be charged for the unpaid duties, taxes & additional shipping costs.
